Services
Cashmere Inc. DBA HomeUnlock provides mortgage services that allow eligible borrowers to assume existing mortgages under certain conditions. Our services are subject to approval and adherence to our underwriting criteria. HomeUnlock is not a lender and provides advisory services only.
Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and not be barred from receiving services under applicable law.
